A low pressure cell in the lower South China Sea and a southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf are rather intensifying. Abundant rain over Thailand and isolated heavy to very heavy rain especially in the North, Central, East and South, west coast are likely today. People in the areas beware of flooding in the following 1-3 days while wind-wave in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea intensify. All ships take more cautions and small boats in the Andaman Sea keep ashore during 1-3 days.
